If 'hitting the gym' is in your list of favorite things to do, then sign up for NEW guys weightlifting team.  Join Coach Knox, Coach Wade and Coach Linton for some iron-pumping competition.

Remember to watch for communication from each coach about practices that may be cancelled due to weather.
